A group meeting was held at Mr. Naresh Gocaldas’s residence where it was unanimously decided to form a Samaj. A provisional denomination of the Samaj was decided as Diu Vanza Darji Samaj UK. A WhatsApp Group was formed for the members present in the meeting to establish an easier communication among them. A General Samaj Meeting was pondered upon to involve the major part of our community. Upon feedback and suggestions received from the members present in the meeting it was initially decided to register our community constitution with the council and for that purpose a committee was nominated on a provisional basis. This option though was later on deferred.
